Challenge: Spicy Green Book's clients are business owners and members of marginalized communities seeking to compete and thrive in the marketplace. Their clients aim to increase brand visibility and to attract more patrons.
Solution: I developed an email newsletter informing SGB's subscribers about their upcoming event. This acted as a resource for their clients to be vendors at the event. The call to action (CTA) encouraged patrons to attend and encouraged clients to participate, resulting in an increase of clients' sales and patrons.
